Only paid up members in good standing and those having current Commanders guest cards will be granted unescorted access to the Post Canteen. Members may bring guests to the Post Canteen. Guests must leave with their sponsor, unless sponsored by a remaining member. Commanders guest card holders may bring guests limited to their immediate family. |

Minor children of members, members guests, and Commanders guest card holders shall remain under supervision of those who brought them to the canteen. At no time will minors under the age of seventeen (17) be seated at the bar. Minors under the age of sixteen (16) will be restricted to the west canteen overflow room after 8:00 PM. |

Under no circumstances will individuals under the age of twenty-one (21) years be served alcoholic beverages. |
|
4.
|
Only employee bartenders or Post Officers shall be allowed behind the bar. |

The canteen shall open and close per posted hours with the following exceptions: |
|
a.
|
Special events/parties. |
|
b.
|
Closing hours may be extended when there are six (6) patrons or more, and the duty bartender agrees to stay on duty. |
|
c.
|
Last call for drink sales shall be announced on the PA speakers by the duty bartender thirty (30) minutes prior to closing. All patrons must depart the premises no later than thirty (30) minutes after last call. |

d.
|
Under no circumstances will patrons be allowed to remain in the club beyond 2:00 a.m. |
|

All drinks must be paid for when served. Tabs will be allowed only for paid performers when they are performing a booked appearance. |

7.
|
No gambling will be permitted. Card playing will be permitted in the canteen as long as house cards and equipment are returned to the employee on duty. |

|
No long-distance calls will be allowed on the house phone. |
|
9.
|
Conduct strictly prohibited by any member or guest includes: |
|
a.
|
Profane, lewd, and obscene language or gestures. |
|
b.
|
Loud, noisy, and boisterous actions. |
|
c.
|
Malicious, revengeful, and slanderous attacks against any patrons or employees reputation. |
|
Offenders of this rule shall be denied service and requested by the senior bartender or any Post Officer who may be present to leave the Post Canteen for the remainder of that business day. |

In the event of an incident per paragraph nine (9) above, the Post House Committee and Post Commander will conduct a special meeting within 72 work hours of the incident to determine validity and seriousness of the infraction. Club and Canteen privileges will be suspended for a period of time as determined by the members of that meeting. The meeting shall also serve as an opportunity for the individual involved to explain/defend their action(s) in an open forum. A letter advising of the outcome of this meeting will be forwarded to the violator by the Post Commander. |

The senior employee on duty shall have the authority to enforce these canteen rules as he/she determines appropriate at the time, and will be accountable for their enforcement. |
